Key responsibilities:
- Search of the legal database
- Preparation of legal advice for foreign and Ukrainian clients (under supervision of senior consultants)
- Assistance with business & corporate matters (registrations, drafting business contracts, etc.)
- Understanding and compliance with the companys internal procedures
- Fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian
- Basic knowledge of Ukrainian civil, corporate and labor legislation
- Good communication skills (English, Ukrainian and Russian)
- Previous professional experience (especially in Big Four) is a plus
- Motivation for development and career growth
- Ability to learn
- Capable to work in a team
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, attentive
