Our Valuation team can help clients understand the market value of their business to help them make informed decisions.

  • Valuations for M&A transactions are undertaken to help the clients with making investment decisions or decisions on the acquisition/disposal of companies and large equity holdings.

  • Valuations conducted to raise financing are undertaken when clients seek to raise equity or debt financing and include valuing the shares of the company for new partners, current shareholders or potential creditors.

  • Valuations to assist in management decision-making are performed at the time of strategic decision-making enabling management to analyze the impact of different development scenarios on the value of the business.

  • Valuations of intangible assets (trademarks, brand names, licenses, contractual rights, etc) may be required for management decision-making, if transactions involve the sale/acquisition/lease of intangible assets.
Our Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team can advise and assist clients in managing acquisitions and disposals of businesses. We can provide support throughout the whole process from the initial planning up to the closing of the deal. A specific issue in Ukraine is the limited reliable information publicly available on potential targets. We therefore will utilize our internal resources and our extensive network to clarify issues you may be facing.

Our Finance team can assist Ukrainian and foreign companies to attract debt and equity financing in order to implement long-term investment projects, support import and export operations, and for other purposes.
