Senior Accounting Advisor
Key responsibilities:

- Supervision of the work of junior personnel on miscellaneous accounting, payroll and tax compliance projects
- Supervision/preparation of finance and tax reports for the clients
- Participation in the client meetings, conference calls
- Development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with client management and accounting staff
- Development of junior staff by providing clear direction and appropriate performance feedback
- Minimum 5 years of experience on the position of chief accountant (experience with foreign companies is a plus but not a requirement)
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian. English – intermediate and upper
- Good knowledge of NAS, IFRS/US GAAP, Ukrainian tax law
- Good communication skills (Ukrainian, Russian and English)
- Ability to supervise several projects simultaneously
- University (Institute) degree
- Relevant Ukrainian or international qualification (e.g. ACCA, CAP/CIPA) is a plus but not a requirement
